Our team then carefully prepares your order, collecting and packaging everything with care. Orders are processed and shipped within up to 3 business days, and we always aim to get them out as quickly as possible.

Our detergent has been extensively tested on a wide range of fabrics and washing machines. It produces low suds, making it ideal for both high-efficiency (HE) and traditional washers. The formula effectively cleans in both hot and cold water, and it’s safe for colors. For best results and long-lasting garments, we always recommend following the care instructions on your clothing labels.

Tolo Wash has a fresh, natural, and lightly herbal scent inspired by the outdoors. It’s made with real essential oils of rosemary, peppermint, citronella, lemongrass, and cedarwood, creating a clean aroma that’s crisp, green, and refreshing—never overpowering. The result is laundry that smells naturally fresh, earthy, and balanced, like a breath of clean outdoor air.

We currently do not offer international shipping. If you’re unsure whether your location falls within our shipping area, feel free to reach out to us through our contact form and we’ll be happy to help.

USPS typically delivers within 2–14 business days, but occasionally delays can happen. If this occurs, your tracking number may update with a “delayed” delivery notice.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please reach out to us and we’ll help initiate an investigation with USPS.

Please note: Once your order is handed over to USPS, it is in the care of the courier. While we understand how frustrating shipping delays can be, delivery issues must be investigated directly by USPS. That said, we’re always here to support you and will do our best to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Is your Tolo Wash order being sent to the wrong address?

We can absolutely help update your shipping address as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. Just send us the correct details and we’ll take care of it before it goes out.

If your order has already shipped, don’t worry — you may still be able to redirect it using the USPS tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.*

Please note: We can only ship Tolo Wash orders to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is delivered, we’re unfortunately unable to retrieve it, so please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
