Refund policy

Returns

Tolo Wash values customer satisfaction and strives to provide high-quality laundry detergent products that you’ll love. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns if the container has been opened or used. If your product arrives with any issues (for example, leakage or damage), please contact us so we can make it right.

If you would like to request a return for a refund, please email us at support@tolowash.com and one of our customer service representatives will help determine if your order is eligible for a return based on the condition of the product and purchase details.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The exact timing of the credit appearing in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at support@tolowash.com with your order information.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
